The Movement Intro is a 28-day program designed to build full-body strength, control, and fluidity - so you can move better, feel stronger, and finally unlock the skills you’ve been dreaming of!
It brings together our love for movement, mobility, handstand training, strength work, acrobatics and flow.
The program is a blend of everything we've learned over the years - through our own training and teaching, with teachers from across the worlds of movement, gymnastics, capoeira, acro, and functional strength.
Our approach helps you build real strength and control in a playful, sustainable way - so you can move with more ease, improve your posture and coordination, and feel powerful and capable, from the inside out.
